The blog, it would seem, is back up.
Shame on me for choosing the slightly more expensive webhosting. Apparently being “reliable” and having a “99.99% uptime guarantee” means little. Particularly, it does not appear to mean much in terms of customer service.
Now the question would seem to be — what do I get for having approximately as many hours of downtime as I have had days of their service? Because that does not sound like 99.99% uptime to me …
Also, should I consider moving my site? I believe I am still within the period of time during which I can change my mind and be refunded.
