Not much interesting out there this morning. And it was a cold morning for a run. Cold.

The BBC is telling me I should sleep more.

Rands In Repose is explaining the basic concept behind Twitter.

And Freakonomics is arguing that newspapers can stop global warming. I don’t think I buy it — it’s much like the correlation between the number of pirates and global temperature, to me. Anybody with any knowledge of science who has read science articles in newspapers knows that they have never been well-written informed pieces of journalism. It’s hard to believe an argument that claims that the decline in newspaper funding is responsible for the poor understanding of global warming.
