Today’s leading news: People with conservative ideologies do not think that Stephen Colbert is joking. They think he’s trying to be funny, yes, but that he believes the words he is saying.

The Bloggess found her car windows wouldn’t work. So, naturally, she asked Twitter to help. Twitter, apparently, is not good at cars. My favourite suggestion: Pee on the child locks. That one almost always works.

US Airways charges a fee for checking in luggage — $15 for the first bag, $25 for the second. Now they have added a new fee: If you want to pay the bag-check fee, you must pay a fee.
