The morning coffee does not exist
Apologies to all.
After spending an hour looking through the Internet for interesting things, another half hour trimming them down to a short list, today’s Morning Coffee refuses to be published to the Big Bad Blog. I now have to go to work, so it likely will not be up until much later.
The problem appears to be that the Big Bad Blog upgraded from version 2.7 to 2.8 over the weekend. Version 2.8 is the worst piece of software ever written. Things seem to work (or not work) completely at random. I cannot find any consistency regarding whether an article will be saved or published. I cannot find any consistency in workarounds. I cannot find any consistency in whether or not a plugin can be activated or upgraded.
All these work seemingly at random.
The Big Bad Blog apologizes for the disruption, and recommends you do not use version 2.8 of Wordpress. 2.7 was the bomb, though.
