Mr Topp and the Big Bad Tache

About a month ago, my friend Mark and I agreed to grow mustaches. The only problem was that I had a visa application that had to go in — with photos. I would prefer those photos to look like my everyday self. Mark went ahead and grew his mustache (see right), as part of Tacheback 2009.

Tacheback is now over, but my visa has come through and my facial hair is coming out. I only have about three weeks for it — a business trip is scheduled to cut the growth short — but it should be enough to create a nice bushy ‘tache for everybody to enjoy.

During this time, I am taking inspiration from The Beard Revue, these gentlemen, and anywhere else I can. Expect much mustache-oriented content on the Big Bad Blog in the short term.

Interim and final results will be shown here on the Big Bad Blog.

    ooh, yay for visa!

I’m a bit afraid of moustaches, they remind me of the early 20th Century, and we all know how that turned out.
