A quick word on jetlag

Jetlag can hit pretty hard. But this is not it.

No — this is being up for twelve hours after four hours of sleep. It is spending most of those hours travelling or waiting to travel. It’s exhaustion.

And at this point in the day — having settled in for the evening — it feels like this:
