What’s this? A morning coffee?

Did you think we were gone? Can’t blame you. But we’re back, at least for today. (No promises for tomorrow.) Many things that used to be coffee-worthy are now found at our Tumblr thingy, or Pinterest, or on Twitter. But not today.

Today, we want to make sure that everybody who reads the Big Bad Blog is aware of the new blog from XKCD author Randall Munroe: what-if.

In his first article, Munroe explores what would happen if a baseball were thrown near the speed of light. The results are awesome, in the usual XKCD awesome kind of way. You should go read it. Now. What are you waiting for?
